Are you trying to get control over your life? Do the same types of problems keep coming up? I have worked in mental health for over 8 years helping people deal with those same types of questions. I enjoy both group and individual therapy with adults and older adolescents. I often work with clients to help them examine and change the choices they have been making, so they can start working towards a better future. The future starts now. One of my focus areas is adults who have criminal backgrounds or are close to people with criminal backgrounds. More and more people find themselves in trouble with the law, which affects their families and loved ones. I have experience with anger management, sexual offender issues, and various court-ordered evaluations.
