No way to communicate with them. What a joke. I don’t know what to do now.

My wife had open heart surgery to replace her tricuspid valve, damaged in an accident twenty-five years ago. It is a difficult and rarely performed surgery, and during the recovery process she must be on the blood thinner Coumadin to prevent blood clots or potentially fatal bleeding. Achieving the correct level of Coumadin is a delicate process that must be monitored carefully and consistently. All of this was carefully explained by us to the folks at LabCorp, who assured us they could handle it. We arrived at LabCorp in Prescott Valley, AZ, on Florentine, at approximately 7:15 AM for the first blood-drawing, and finally got in to have the blood taken at 8:30 (not LabCorp's fault; they were busy) and we were assured again that the results would be sent down to the Mayo Clinic that afternoon. The next morning we got an urgent phone call from the Mayo asking where the test results were. We instantly got on the phone to LabCorp. Big mistake. The phone is answered by unconcerned operators at a headquarters in Texas, who had no record of our ever being in any of their facilities, no record of the ordered test from Mayo, no idea of even which state we were in. They rerouted us to our local branch in Prescott Valley, AZ where, surprise, they had no record of our ever being in their facility, no record of the ordered test from Mayo, and no particular interest in our problem. They did, however, route us back to the Texas headquarters, at which point we hung up. This is not the first time an ordered test was lost by them, but the other was for an elective surgery and not such a big deal. We finally went to Sonora Quest, where they were much more personable, more concerned, and--so far--more efficient. If you care whether you live or die, or hell, if you just care about rudimentary competence, I would suggest you stay away from LabCorp.

Had to go in after my child was assaulted for a pregnancy test, lab staff was unbelievably rude, spoke to me and my family very condescendingly, and didn’t send the lab until the next day. We were there at noon and the next day they had still not sent the lab in. A horrific experience, I would not recommend using this facility. They clearly dislike their jobs and have no patience with people, questions, or any kind of customer service. Thank you LabCorp for making a painful experience even worse, I’m sorry we had to bother you on a day where your office was completely empty.

The staff at this location are rude and unprofessional. The wait times are unbelievable. I would ask your doctor to send your labs to Dell Webb, they provide a much better service.
