Our team includes a board certified naturopath and clinical nutritionist with a Master’s of Science in nutrition as well as a Registered Nurse, author, and wellness coach with national certification and extensive experience in nutrition, physiology, and personal training. Our other instructors have impeccable yoga credentials and working knowledge of physiology. Our teams’ combined practice experience spans more than three decades.

        YAY FINALLY!!! :-D World class yoga instructors teaching in a brand new, state of the art yoga studio that was completely remodeled/built out from an open blank space. That means every single thing you experience is designed with heartfelt intention to enhance your experience. Here are some of the elements of this premiere hot yoga studio:

        Awesome practitioners, precision controlled heat and humidity, premium sound, amazing super sanitary flooring, incredible lighting, 8 foot mirrors, perfect color pallet blends, gorgeous shower and changing facilities, and the finest instructors :-D

        Bend Hot Yoga Prescott opens December 23rd but I was given a sneak-peak tour by my friend who is one of the instructors....we were having coffee at Olde World Bagel, which is simply fantastic for a coffee and snack by the way :), and my friend was like lets go see and I was pressed for time but said ok. OMG!!!! SOOOO glad I did! I have practiced vinyasa flow, ashtanga, and Kundalini for over 10 YEARS in Prescott consistently now at numerous studios. I am BEYOND EXCITED to practice and be a part of the evolution of yoga in Prescott as we know it :)
