        Delivery was fast which I loved however , I ordered flowers for my friend due to the passing of her dad and what I paid for was not delivered . Instead , she received an ugly regular plant no roses, no color , nothing . I was not contacted specifying they didn't have what I ordered (rose medley) in stock. I was given several excuses and was not offered a refund, a waiver , and or the delivery of the correct flowers on a different day. When ordering online make sure what you're ordering is actually what's being delivered.
