Edible Arrangements

As a frequent Edible Arrangements customer and a frequent customer of this location I speak from experience when I say that my first couple of visits to this location were great (upon them first opening )... Nice, friendly knowledgeable employees , reasonable wait time, fresh - delicious fruit!! DOWN HILL IT ALL WENT!! My two last orders !! I specifically asked for freshly dipped fruit ( as I always request ) , I got soggy fruit dipped from the previous morning , ( as it tasted & looked). I called back to let them know. The lady argued with me that it had been freshly dipped... I eat Edible Arrangements on a regular basis. Therefore, I know what exactly what to expect. And that was not it!! So, now I immediately check my box before leaving the store. My most recent order was today... My order was completely wrong, after being on the phone with the woman about 15 minutes, while she repeatedly called my credit card information out loud to place my order , as she says that they don't take orders over the phone without payment. Which, was a first to me... Got there and my order was wrong!! I just requested a refund... I placed an order at the Montgomery location, ( which, is completely separately owned franchise ). However, service there was no better!! I'll just take a break from Edible Arrangements altogether....

Called to ask about some arrangements to get delivered, they lady told me I needed to go online and look. Seemed like she didn't want to help. Knew no product info or prices. Called Montgomery store the helped me place my order and delivery with no problems. Looks like I'll be using them instead
