The lady is a nice person, but--- I asked for 1in cut and got 4----I can live with that but-- The hair color turned out a disaster, very unacceptable and embarrassing, my head is bright red on top worse than the grey I wanted to get covered. Plus very-very expensive for something I gotta pay someone else to fix. I am more than disappointed, I'm ashamed to go in public the way this awful hair color looks.
