Bounce Houses and Inflatables 4 Less

If I could give zero stars I would this business is a joke. I requested a bounce house rental a month prior to my daughters party. After a very brief phone call the owner I assume he never said his name or title said sounds good well be there. A week and a half prior to her party I called again to confirm the rental and he seriously asked for all the information again like he had just heard it for the first time which I felt was a little odd but let it slide. They were supposed to arrive with the bounce house at 1:00 today as my daughters party began at 2:00. I called at 10:45 to verify they would arrive. The call went to voicemail and I left a very polite message saying I would was just calling to confirm and that I would see them at 1:00. 12:30 came around and I still hadnt heard from them. My sister called them 20 minuets before their scheduled arrival time and they finally answered and said sorry we wont be there until three. I talked to them and they were pretty much like well sorry about it with half hearted apologies. They offered a free future rental and I declined and said just get here as soon as you can. They never arrived nor did they contact me again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS BUISNESS YOU AND YOUR CHILD WILL BE SADLY DISAPPOINTED!

We rented from this company and they truly have the best rates and customer service in town. I would recommend them for any party or church event. Robert the owner was willing to do whatever we needed and he went through such pains to help us out. Renee Childers
