Complete Pest Control

The first year we had this service Grady the owner did a pretty good job. We did have some issues with him because how he would give us a hard time about accommodating us on the days we were home for the pest control. We believe if you offer a service, you should be able to accommodate your customer. At times he would get kind of aggressive and try to manipulate us into to giving him our house key so he could do the service at his convenience. However, we did not know this man from nowhere and we would be very apprehensive to give our key out to anyone who isn’t family and even then we would use caution. The second year of service he showed up to receive his renewal check for the termite service and we never saw him again. He was supposed to show up every three months for pest service and to check for termites per the contract. We called many times throughout the year trying to reach him and when we could get a hold of someone (his wife), we would leave a message and the phone calls were never returned. The funny thing was at the beginning of the third year we get a bill on our doorstep for a renewal notice. I guess they need money because of the economy. But we thought what nerve this company has. They never return our phone calls, never come out to do there pest and termite services but want to put a big invoice on our doorstep for a renewal of services. I called and spoke to his wife and she said well I guess it was because we couldn’t accommodate you on the days you would be at home but are you sure that you don’t want our services? I thought what service you crazy lady? If anything, they owe us money.
