Don't waste your money on this company. They charge you hundreds of dollars to have a service agreement and then don't honor the agreement. They claim to give you 365 day 24/7 emergency service, but then don't show up to fix your boiler when you have no heat with little children. Shame on you Apollo! We were told someone would come in three hours, after 4 hours they called and said they weren't coming and didn't even know how to work on my boiler anyway! Why did I pay you for a contract if you don't know how to work on my boiler! It has now been over 15 hours and no tech in site! The office staff is rude too! Don't waste your money!
