        Purchased wheel dollies and asked them to honor a 2-day expired coupon. Nope. Then, that same day I went to Harbor Freight and they have the near-identical dollies for $40.00 less. I emailed customer service and asked for a price match and they said no. What kind of customer service is this?
        And the clerk in Crestwood, IL annoyingly called me sir at least a dozen times. Shutup!

        Thank you for your review. We are sorry that we could not honor your request. To clarify, you asked us to honor a price match a set of our hydraulic wheel dollies with a 1-year warranty against a Harbor Freight mechanical wheel dolly with a 90-day warranty for which he had a $20 coupon. Without the HF coupon, you got a clearly superior product at $10 less than HF ($85 ea vs $90), with a much longer warranty. We cannot price match against dissimilar items. The clerk in Alsip, IL is the Manager of the Eastwood Automotive Tools store and is a very respectful person.

        Mostly good. but recently got bronze carb renew and not happy with it. It has changed. Now the bronze coating looks like Wal-Mart flat gold paint. The finish does not look like stock Holley Bronze color, as product used to. I put clear over it and it looks tan! Tech was no help. Had no concern. Said would replace or refund. LOL Bad news is I can find no other carb aerosol coating. Eastwood is the only game in town.

        Worthless products buyer beware. I purchased a under the hood light and after 10 months is literally broke in half. I contacted customer service and due to its company's strict return policy of 90 days I was unable to exchange/return it. I highly suggest that you take your business somewhere else, at least to a company that will warranty its items for 1 year. Worthless products from a worthless company.

        Don't buy a Eastwood TIG 200!! I ordered a Eastwood TIG200, the air pressure regulator was missing a plastic cover, which isn't a big deal and they offered to send me a new one. I hook the unit up and attempt to use it, the second an arc starts the unit shuts off. I call Eastwood and their tech support tells me its a 1 in a million problem. They REFUSED to send me a new unit until they received my old one, which means 3 business days for them to receive it, 1 day to process my new unit, and another 3 business days until i get my new unit. They refused to send my new unit expedited shipping, which would somewhat compensate me for my time and their mistake. HORRIBLE customer service!!!! Don't waster your time, order an Everlast TIG unit like I just did!

        Do Not I repeat DO NOT buy from the Eastwood company online. Thieves charged my credit card twice 938.00 for the welder I ordered and received ONE time. I call and they say the bank is holding my money hostage. No Eastwood Company is holding my money hostage!

        Some of their products don't work as advertised, or aren't as durable as they are said to be. (If I had to repaint my car's suspension again, I wouldn't use Eastwood products because even though instructions were followed exactly, the paint is chipping, and rust is coming through). Some of their backorders can take over 4 months to get. Many of their products are highly overpriced and work no better than those available at other suppliers. Any negative feedback given to the company, whether on their site or other web sites tends to not get posted, or is removed if it is posted.
