I usually have a great experience when I go here with my 5 yo. This time no!!! The dental hygienist Kelly is amazing! She always is. My son feels comfortable with her so we always request her. However, the girl that took the X-rays was rude and the dentist himself who’s name escapes me was also rude. He had a very condescending tone and was just not nice. My son had a coupl of cavities which they tried to blame me for. I have taken him every six months since he was 2 and brushed his teeth every day. They had never done X-rays on his teeth so technically if they wanna point fingers it could have been avoided if caught early on. Th overall experience was not a good one this time. We are scheduled to return next week for a filling and they better get it together

My son had his first appt today. Wait time was great. Friendly staff. Stephan Handson was great, friendly and made my son laugh the whole visit.

Dr. Haggarty and the staff are amazing. 3 extractions, 6 root canals, 6 fillings with no complications. My 5 yr old is not a fan of Dr.s thanks to a bad experience but loves going to the dentist here.

They were excellent. My daughter's tooth was chipped from a fall about 3 months ago. I advised the Dr and he smoothed it out so that you couldn't even tell it was there. I was very pleased with the professionalism, expertise, & the length of the visit. I would definitely recommend this facility to other children.

So my appointment was at 4pm(the last appointment of the day), it was possible I could have been late so I called to inform the clinic. I was told that I could only be 5 mins late. I arrived at the clinic within 5 mins of my appointment but I wasn't seen until almost 5pm. I don't understand why there is such a strict late-show policy if patients aren't seen until almost an hour past their appointment time. If the patients are to be flixible and wait then the clinic should be more flexible.

The staff are friendly and professional the tech was thorough and informative he gave me a lot of valuable information and took time to show me X-rays and explain everything to me

I have been taking my boys to kool smiles portsmouth location for some years now..i have heen very satisfied so far...they are treated so good...my boys really love it also!!!

OMG whenever I come here kool smiles and their staff always got my back. They really take care of their patients. Me and my baby boy will always come back.

Had a great experience with the GA crew at Kool smile. Dr Gushed and Dr del Cuadro were great my 3 girls needed a lot of work done. They had to all be put to sleep for the procedures. They were very professional, prompt and thoroughly explained what to expect from the procedures. I definitely recommend Kool Smiles to anyone who wants great, and friendly service all the way through.

Above all the play area/waiting area is really nice for the children. My only complaint is that an intercom is needed to hear when a patient is called, between the television and the children playing if it wasn't for the other parents I wouldn't have heard my child's name called. Overall a very pleasant first visit for my 17 month old.

I am single mom of three and was terribly struggling with my children. The manager was very helpful and polite with me. The staff was friendly and very professional. And it made it very easy for me having help with my children.. great job.

Excellent customer service. The dentist and his assistant Margarita went above and beyond when it came to my 7 year old. He had a bad dental experience prior and they did everything to make.sure he was ok. They talked to him threw the while procedure. They made sure that he wasn't in any pain. I have 4 kids that go here. Everytime I come I. The staff goes above.and beyond to make sure we're seen in a timely matter. They get us in and out. They treat the kids as if there, there own. Thank you for everything. From teeth cleaning to braces. Everyone has been a joy to be around.

So far so good. I was suspecious due to other reviews but my experience with the staff was excellent. Really nice staff.
