i would like to defend this review posted by S Beal first and formost bowmans has always prided itself on customer service and still dose we have been voted best of portsmouth for several years now by the virginian pilot , as well as many other great reviews by noted publications it is quite evident tha s beal has never stepped foot into this establishment and is incorrect in her review of us. what she left out was why her calls were left un returned, the reasons are as follows the week of here calls we were dealing with a robery of our store and our time was consumed with police reports as well as insurance issues. i did infact go by the area which she wanted re lanscaped and calculated the amout of plants needed in fact i had most of what she needed if she could get up and walk around the corner instead of thinking she could have everyting done by phone if going to the project site and calculating the number of plants needed (free of charge) then i guess we are guilty as charged but before anyone can judge customer service thy first have to come tho the establishment s beal try it some time you might get better results your attitude and reviews are unfounded and toward bowmans your foot stomping and high and mighty outlook needs adjustment do us a favor go to the places you review instead of trying to do eveything by plone you will have better results .
