        Overall

        We moved to Portland primarily so my daughter could attend GPS. However, our experience has been a nightmare! My daughter has ADHD and they seem uneducated on how to work with ADHD. They have ignored her outside counselor and my recommendations on what works with her and instead allow her to do whatever she wants or segregate her so they dont have to deal with her. The Principal there alarms me. After an incident, for which my child was already punished at school, the principal came the following school day and pulled her out of class, admittedly yelled at her because she began to cry. My child didnt understand why she was in trouble again. The principal contacts me via phone without informing me I am on speaker phone with my child in the room and begins to talk about how none of the kids like her and that "there is something very wrong with her". In a meeting, she lies and denies she said those things, but ends the meeting with " I still think something is really wrong with her".
