Julia Bodine - State Farm Insurance Agent

So after all the premium notices we found out that our insurance agent removed the wrong car and that we have been driving uninsured for some time. Sean was able to call and find out that the agent had removed the wrong vehicle from our insurance. we then had an update and increase to our policy of almost a $400 increase. When we called to find out what would have happened if we got into an accident, we were told that "they would have went to bat for us." and that there was nothing they could do about the premium hike. After doing some final quotes, we realized State Farm had the best price for our home owners insurance, so we ended up keeping it and just transferring to a new agent that had stellar reviews. My Reccomendation, stand clear of this one!!!!

Hmm, where to start? Our car was totaled and ended up getting a late premium notice stating our insurance payment is overdue when they totaled our car out. And paid us for it. Sounds like the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing??
