I was in need of a total carpet replacement for my home on a relatively tight timeline. After extensive research and numerous "dead-end" calls, I found Buyright online and called into the store, expecting a similar response--prices are too high and the installation date would be 6-8 weeks out. To my surprise, the prices were more than reasonable and installation dates were available within less than two weeks! I worked with Josh C. and he was fantastic--he was friendly, knowledgeable and on time for the measuring appointment. He listened carefully to my needs and was able to steer me in the right direction without overwhelming me with tons of product options.
