I started eating at the Bambuza pretty much since it opened at the South Waterfront. They started out very good (i.e. tasty food, lovely atmosphere, fairly fast service).
I went there again this afternoon with a friend and had the grilled chicken bowl with crispy spring rolls. Hate to be saying this, but the food was below room temperature and it's quite obvious that the spring rolls were fried over half hour ago. It was my first lunch with this friend, and he seemed to be very happy with what he ordered so I kept my situation on a low.
But if you're reading this, Mr./Mrs. store manager, please keep the leftovers for your dinner.
