        WKW/Bowers in Portage Mi, Unbelievable blatant racism encountered form workers twice and management doesn't do a single think about it, racist remarks where made to two Mexican American employees and in both cases management didn't fire the persons making the comments, in fact in both cases the employees were told to shake hands and leave it in the past, Unbelievable! There is a zero tolerance policy for workplace racism and management turned there head! never mind the "Rights to Equal Employment Opportunity laws" in Michigan or the federal laws! "Federal Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Law" If you're a minority and want to work here, you've been warned.



        And this is just the beginning, i could also go on and on about inequality in pay among minority workers!
