horrible, the cars aren't even washed, they just spray them with water. the seats are disgusting in all cars. there's rust on a couple cars, they are just horrible

Within 2 months of buying the truck. The gas meter stopped working. The headlights cuts on and off and the starter went out. I told them I had to get it fixed and we agreed on a payment arrangement. I was only one month behind. That due on the sec month they repoed the car. Wtf the ppl are sh*t dealers no way round it. I will have justice bet Chad and bill a** on that

Buyer PLEASE beware. Wasted 2 hours (to and from) going to look at a truck that did not match the pictures they posted online. They may have been previously owned this truck, sold and rebought it and then used the original photos. If not they posted pictures of an entirely different truck. Their clear online pictures showed no visible damage. In person there was obvious damage and chrome accessories and running boards added. I ran a carfax report before going to see this and the mileage on carfax did not match up to what was listed by this "dealer". RED FLAG. This truck was definitely not as pictured. I had also called and spoke to them and specifically asked about damage and the interior cleanliness. No damage was reported and was described as clean. They need glasses. The vehicle was priced about 3K over KBB blue book which I hoped to negotiate down. A quick look at this misrepresentation negated any negotiation with these con artist.

I have no rating for these crooks. Bought a vehicle and within 20 hours (sleep included) the transmission is slipping and the check engine light came on with #1 cylinder miss firing. Asked if vehicle has ever been in a wreck? They told me by law they would have to tell me. Carfax report tells a different story.

Bells Auto are nothing but CROOKS! Run as fast as you can. I sent my son 2K to put down on a vehicle. He found a Ford Ranger that he liked. Nothing but trouble from day one.. My other son ran the carfax report and found 17 reports. Found out the odometer was broke in 2008. Went and talked to Bill, and he agreed that he would make it right and let us get another one. we thought well, it was just a fluke and got a 2002 Toyota celica, Bill said that it had a clean carfax and that he wouldn't sell him something that was wrecked. 1st week, it dropped 3 quarts of oil, the fuel injectors spitting out gas, and there was grinding in the front end. We never tried to take the car back because he said that when they done the deal they were done. NO kind of warranty offered and they slipped the "As Is warranty in there" We took the piece of $hit to a real dealer and got rid of the damn thing. I will be printing out the carfax on both vehicles and attaching them to the complaint to the BBB.. They are CROOKS.. I am not sure how they stay in business, but if I have anything to say about it they won't be. Kinda makes you wonder how people sleep at night stealing from people that work hard for their money. UNBELIEVABLE. They don't even deserve one star.

Bell's Auto Sales is by the WORST place to buy a car. I purchased a vehicle from there, told it was in perfect condition and nothing was absolutely wrong with it. I paid 5k for it to leave. It has have well over $2,000.00 in repairs. I called the Sales Rep Chad, told him about my issues and he told me I wouldn't have to make my first payment until the following month. After 3 times talking with him and 1 months passing, I was told by the girl at the counter that the owner had a meeting with Chad and that he had denied any of my claims and that I was a liar. I am being forced to pay a late payment for the month I missed because of Chad and his lies and late fees! I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in my life. These guys here are a joke and will rip you off! All they are worried about is making their money. I RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE EVERY STEP FOOT ON THIS LOT! IT'S SUCH A JOKE!!!! My next is the newspaper and so on. Bell's Auto Sales needs to be put out of business!
