Ruben General & Mobile Mechanic

This guy is nothing but a thief and liar. He kept my car for three weeks, told me the heads needed to be milled and when he brought the car back the heads had never been removed. When confronted he ignored me and when I asked for my money back he became a ghost and won't answer the phone. Save your money and stay away from this guy.

Im Sorry Tiffany Seymour, But Ruben General Mechanic its being fixing my car for 4 years and ill never had any problem with him, i recomment him to a couple friends and i dont hear any complaining. He do a good job in my car!

SCAMER, SCAMER, SCAMER. Unbelievable what this mf did to my son & I. Pretty much he did to us what he did to Tiffany G, only he stole $3000.00 + and had the car for 5 months bf we figured him out.Words cannot describe how we feel about this man...and to quote a BIBLE verse on his van, OMG , We just hope & pray that NOONE else gets scamed by him...He WILL have his day...if not by man by GOD....He is a piece of s**t for a man!!!!!!!!

SCAM ARTIST!!!!!!!!!!!!! This man is my neighbor which was referred to me by another neighbor, he took $500.00 from me saying that i needed certain parts and he was coming to tow my car to his shop, THREE weeks later he came and got my car had it sitting at his "shop" and told me I needed more parts and he needed MORE money. When I told him I had a friend better educated when it comes to cars than me he tells me if I don't trust him he will bring my car tomorrow. That's odd. If you are a real mechanic you would have no problem what so ever advising someone what parts are needed to complete a job right? WRONG. I then told him I wanted my car along with the money he stole from me or if parts were purchased I was expecting the new parts as well as the receipts , I had to call the cops to have him bring my car and I am now having to eat the 500.00. I am a single mother with a Full time job, a child and a household to support and this man left me without transportation for 8+ weeks and NOTHING was done to my car. This man is a liar and a thief and will not be owning this business for much longer. STAY AWAY.

Horrible Mechanic!!! Avoid at all costs, he broke my car and won't return my calls. Now I have to file a complaint and sue for restitution. Don't be conned by this hack, take your car to someone else! He doesn't care that a mother of 3 now has to borrow a car from her mom until I can pay for my car to be fixed properly, he actually made it much worse, I can't even drive it because it is so unsafe, I'm lucky I didn't get into an accident which really ticks me off because I could have had my kids in the car. Don't let this guy touch your car no matter what.
