Fast I was in and out in less than 5
minutes. If u make your appointment and get it right everything goes good.
I was checking in with the web page, and the lady was holding the door open for me,took 3 steps and less than a minute I was done!
I wasn’t there 4-5 minutes at the longest.

went there this morning at 730 am and got in right away - was out within 20 minutes - excellent and quick - the lab tech had a wonderful personality and I didn't even feel the needle

WORST SERVICE EVER, I HAD TO WAIT TWO HOURS AFTER MY APPOINTMENT.

SAVE YOUR TIME DON'T GO TO THIS LAB

Rude staff! Sloooooowwwwww! Front desk lady even had me wait for 30 minutes, just to tell me my son and I couldn't be seen without actual insurance cards, she couldn't have informed me of that when I first walked up to the counter, not like I just drove 20 min to get here or anything. Alas my license and policy number would not suffice. 30 more minutes we went hungry and thirsty to be turned away. Nice!! Save yourself from a bad day and horrible customer service. We will next be trying quest who I called and they said all they needed was my license and policy number lol, they must have a newer system?..maybe labcorp bills in morris code or something..we might try martin bloodwork even, anywhere but labcorp!

I really don't know where to begin but please save yourself the trouble from going to this location. They are the rudest employees I have ever met. Especially the lady at the front desk with gold teeth. I've never felt so disrespected! You would ask her a question and she'd just ignore you and not just to me but I saw the same thing happen to the customers after me. The other lady with big hair that does the tests isn't much nicer either. That's the last time I will ever be going there!
