We offer martial arts classes in Judo, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Combat Sambo, Wrestling, and submission grappling. We focus on REAL self defense that can save you on the streets. For those that want to compete in the different martial arts that we offer, we can take you from amateur to professional fighters. We also have personal training and group fitness for men and women.
