I have brought my dogs for vet and grooming for years (8 dogs total) and shopped at the thrift store with wonderful results for everything.

A terrible experience! My husband had a 10:00AM appt for our 5 month old yorkie. He dropped her off at 9:45 and was told it would be about 2 hours as they had 1 dog ahead of her. They called him at 11:45 to say she had just had just had her shampoo and how did he want her cut. They said they would call @ 15 min before she needed to be picked up. At 2PM, he called to question when would the dog be ready, was told 3PM. It took 5 hours to groom the 3 1/2 lb puppy and she looks like it was done by a 5 year old child--all chopped and shaved. When he picked her up she was trembling. It was a very tramatizing experience for her. We will NEVER use this business!
