Hiro's Tokyo Japanese Steak House & Sushi Bar

I made a reservation for Mother's Day and, when we arrived for our reservation, we were told that they had our reservation but that they had just seated four other parties and couldn't provide us with service for 45 minutes. I advised that I specifically chose a restaurant that accepted reservations because my mother had just had surgery and I didn't want her to have to wait. The hostess just said that she was sorry and that she wished she knew who made the reservation because it should not have been made. When I made the reservation, I inquired and was assured that we would not have to wait. We had never eaten at Hiro's before and after this experience and seeing the holes in the drywall right inside the front door, we made the decision to leave.

We love this one; the food is great and the service is excellent too. You definitely can't go wrong with this restaurant.

The service was superb. The food was perfectly cooked and served. I absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone!
