Many Complaints ! My lender had to pick him through a management appraisal company. Way undervalue and was slow in getting report back causing a delay in closing. The comps were awful not 2 car garage no same size. He couldn't even find enough. He also failed to check the water causing him to inspect property again. Complaints all over online can't believe he still working. So sorry if he your appraiser. Appears to use different addresses to hide his bad reviews. All the same phone number.
