        Overall

        The good things first. Somebody actually answered the phone. An appointment was scheduled for a free estimate. Someone showed up for the appointment and it was pleasant and professional...bad news is they never sent the estimate in a few days like they said would. I called the following week and they said in a few more days I should receive something...a week later still nothing.
