The gel nails last a decent amount of time and the pedicure polish lasts at least a month even with regular polish. The pedicure soak, scrub, massage and wax are great!

I love this place, I go every month to get my brows waxed. They are always polite to me and always do a great job on the brows. I enjoy getting my pedicures there as well. Sometimes I have to wait longer than I'd like but then again, I'm always a walk-in customer. Just don't go on a Sunday without an appointment, Sundays are the busiest!!

This place is a joke. Its run by the rudest person I have ever encountered. I took my 2 sisters in to get manicures and pedicures as a birthday gift. As soon as we walked in, the nice girl who did my nails the previous visit asked me what I needed. I replied with "two pedicures and manicures, and would you please do it?" Apparently that was the wrong thing to say because then I was suddenly attacked by the manager with an accusation of ignoring her when I came in. I am not a rude person! If someone talks to me I acknowledge them and politely respond, just like my momma taught me. If she did say something, I honestly didn't know she was speaking to me, or I didn't hear her. But because I offended her, she went on ranting about how I wanted the other girl to do the nails instead of her, slamming cupboards shut, and acting what I asked was completely unreasonable. Treating me so badly, my sisters agreed on going elsewhere to get their nails done. We went out to the car to leave, still embarrassed and unsure of what I did to offend her, I went back in to figure it out. The manager made a HUGE stink about me disrespecting her by not looking at her. apparently I looked away or something. I was floored. None of this made sense. I didn't even do anything wrong! I calmly explained to her that I felt she was acting unreasonable and pointed out that we pay a lot of money to come here. She ignored me and went back to working on another's customers nails. Obviously her managing skills needs some work, cause she never made an effort to resolve anything. I felt ridiculous standing there and talking out loud to myself and all the customers were obviously uncomfortable. It wasn't worth my time and I left. I will NEVER be returning there and I know several of my friends who use their services. I'll be sure to tell them and write as many reviews I can explaining about how bad they are. I have never had a worst experience anywhere else. they defiantly take the cake for worst customer service!
