I'm the worlds biggest chicken when it comes to dental care. Dr. Robison and his staff are amazing. When you find a good dentist-keep them!!! I feel he is the best.

I have been a patient of Dr. Justin Robison for almost 4 years. I am 62 and have had a number of "old teeth" issues that need second crowns and other complex repairs. He has worked on ten different teeth and all of them have been solid repairs. I have been impressed with Dr. Robison's care in every problem I have presented to him. He has presented multiple options to me and clearly explained the medical reasons for each, leaving the decision to me. On three occasions, he has been able to save me from getting new crowns by rebuilding teeth with composite materials that are not only strong but look like natural teeth. He invests in the latest technology. The x-ray machine only emits one tenth of the radiation used in the old systems. Dr. Robison discusses the advantages and benefits of the latest dental cements and composite materials that are cured with ultraviolet light. The high tech atmosphere tells me that I'm getting the latest and the best available in my dental care. Like most people, I don't like injections for anesthesia. His use of numbing gel and accurate injection has made the process surprisingly comfortable with only a little pinch sometimes that goes away in a second. His skill in this area has always left me feeling profoundly numb to the point where I couldn't feel a thing despite some extensive work he needed to do. I like how he constantly asks me how I'm doing and I always put up my hand with an OK sign. He tells me what I might feel before he starts a procedure, and he is always right on target. This helps me to relax. He has also chosen friendly and competent support staff with years of service - Debbie and Amanda - who have prepped me for Dr. Robison's work and assisted during the procedures. I feel a sense of security having such an accomplished dentist with his excellent support team ready to handle any dental problem I might have. His front office staff has not only been friendly and very accommodating in setting appointments, but they have helped me maximize my insurance benefits by having certain things done by the end of the year then holding off on others until the new insurance coverage year begins. They actually work up estimate print-outs so that I will know what my insurance covers and what my estimated payment should be. I am continually impressed with Dr. Robison's competence, his sure hand, and his reassuring presence in getting me through each dental problem I present to him.
