I was selling my home and I needed to have a window pane repaired. I brought it to fast glass who told me that they would have to order the pane and then call me to have it fixed. I was fine with that and had them measure brought the window home with me. They never called me back to let me know that the window pane was in and so I never had the window fixed since the new buyers agreed to fix the window on there own. Well a few months later, I got a bill from Fast Glass for the cost of the window pane and installation. I immedialty called them and they said that I needed to pay 52.00 for the window and installation and I explained to them that they never called me back and that the window was not there as I originally took it back to my house that day because it was cold. They said they have paperwork showing the work was done and that I owed the money. The argument became very heated and I told them I am not paying for it and hung up. I continued to get bills and I called one more time telling them that they were incorrect and they said "just pay your bills", I explained to them that I do pay my bills but that I wasn't paying this one since I never had work done. The office manager just laughed at me and started becoming very unprofessional and said the owner is going to take this further. I asked her, where is the record of when I picked up the window and who installed the glass. Oddly enough, they said they didn't keep records like that. I said "then you need to get better recording keeping". I got very heated again and just said I am not paying the bill and hung up. I will never use them again and if I were you, I would go somewhere else. They couldn't tell me who and when the glass was installed but supposdly, I picked up the window after having it fixed and never paid them. For 52.00 I would pay the bill if i rightfully had it fixed there but I didn't. The president and individuals that work there are unprofessional and rude. I will take my business elsewhere and I suggest you do too.
