great job.love my new hot tub...They removed the old one and delivered the new one, all within an hr. loved dealing with tom.

We had an issue with our hot tub we purchased from Spas and More. Tom, the owner, told us that in the past they would have replaced the tub due to the faulty liner. When we called Vita (the tub manufacture) the only thing Tom was worried about was what was his cut or whether he had to pay out of pocket for anything. He did not want to help us to resolve this issue he just wanted his part of the "deal". Gary, the Vita representative, stated he was going out of his way to help us since they have know about the bad liners for years. Our liner is just getting worse and we are worried about it leaking. The liner is bad after only a couple of years with a ten year warranty on it. The options they gave us all involved us paying $700 to $1800 for complete shipping and moving cost both ways back to the factory for the liner to be repaired. This stored did not support us and would not return one of our calls. We have had to go into the store every time we wanted to try to get answers. Once they have your money they do not assist you unless there is some more monetary gain for them. Do not trust this store.

MY PURCHASE AT SPAS & MORE WAS GREAT! I HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF HOT TUBS & POOLS WHEN I GOT THERE, BUT WHEN I LEFT I WAS AN EXPERT. I DID SHOP AROUND AFTER, BUT WENT BACK TO PURCHASE. THE FAMILY RUN STORE, FAIR PRICING, & FABULOUS SERVICE WERE ALL EXCEPTIONAL. I LOVE MY TUB & TELL EVERYONE WHERE I GOT IT. THE BEST VALUE FROM FT.MYERS TO SARASOTA. THANX FOR READING
