        Our company has worked with Monarch for several years. They produce quality work and their turn around time is fast; always easy to work with. I find them to be very competitive in their pricing and would highly recommend them.

        Owner is Selfish

        The owner, Mike, is the most selfish, self-centered person I have ever met. He claims to be a christian, but his god is the dollar. His employees all hate working there, and can't stand him. He even just recently let two employees go right before Christmas. There are even rumors that the company is going out of business. High prices and terrible customer service. Do not support this local company. Our region would be better off without them.
