        Kacie, I'm really sorry you felt that way, as a Notary I am not able to notarize a document without a proper ID and Notaries are advised to stay away from notarizing copies of vital records including birth certificates, marriage certificates, and death certificates. The state and/or county clerks are in charge of vital records. that is why I was trying to give you other choices of what you could do or where to go to get help.

        Went to buy some coin rollers and get a birth certificate paper notarized. The lady was so rude to us when we walked in. We immediately turned around and left
