        Why do these people have a phone if you cant call them? Why should I always have to go to clear across town to ask a simple question? The wait is insane just to ask a simple question they need to at least be knowledgeable associates I know more about phones than they do that's pathetic they need more training I don't know how many time they have messed up a phone for me !!

        cannot reach this store by phone! ive tried for days! atnt doesnt have them listed in their data base. obviously enough said. i need some customer service extremely bad. got sold on an htc phone and i specified im in a rural area. i havent had service in 3 days and have been stranded once, and will try several hundreds of times a day to make a call and it just beeps and hangs up. thanks alot guys!

        Nice clean store, very polite ...

        Nice clean store, very polite employees, however the wait is extremely long. Good selection of inventory, but not a good knowledge base of each phones features other than what is readable on your own on the sidecards.
