Please do your research on Better Business Bureau they have 42 complaints as of March 29,2013

We signed a contract in April of 2011 to have pool built it is March 29,2013 and still they have failed to complete this project! Keith is a LIAR!!!!

This company has failed to complete this project they take our checks and then disappear for months at a time.

The pool was defective they had to modify the pool columns because they were not symmetrical.

Left our yard filthy and the pool too for months

Bait and switched our pool equipment

Tried to extort more money than was left on the contract the day of plaster and when we said no they left and did not finish the project we hired another company to complete the pool due to be done next week

Broken Promises Lies and More Lies awful worst experience ever I will never build another pool

I just wanted to say thanks to Keith and the crew at nationwide pools. I had a pool and spa put in with a electric heater in coconut creek and it took them around 4 months for completion. Everything came out great. We have had the pool for 8 months now and not a single problem. I noticed this bad review and felt I should take the time to write my own review because they are a great company an sometimes other people slander companies, or the individuals are crazy to deal with. So if your thinking of buying a new pool I would use them since my experience was good. Also forgot to add. I had trouble with my final on the electrical and it had nothing to do with them. But they went out of there way to get it resolved with the city and get the final passed. And by the way Keith is a great guy

What a wonderful experience and a great company! My husband and I met with many pool companies and contemplated not doing a pool because we didn't feel comfortable with the companies we met with. We then met with Nationwide Pools representative Keith Stuart. Right from the beginning, he made us feel very comfortable both with Nationwide Pools and with the overwhelming process of purchasing a pool. We immediately went with Nationwide Pools and finalized a design. Once our permit was ready, Nationwide Pools scheduled our pool project to begin immediately. The entire staff was more than helpful and informative. They all knew about my project and kept me posted every step of the way and Keith was always available when we needed him or had questions.After purchasing the pool, we did see a couple of negative reviews about Nationwide Pools, through our experience we found those reviews not to be accurate at all. So to those people out there who read reviews on companies like Nationwide Pools or any other company including Disney World, think twice before ruling them out based on some false review. Not only did our final pool product turn out better than our expectations, but it was a very smooth process as well. We would like to extend a huge thank you to Keith, Lynn, Felicia, Thelma, and the entire Nationwide Pools team for making this such a great experience and a wonderful pool! We will most definitely be referring our friends and family to Nationwide Pools.

Great company my pool looks awesome great quality, great communication. I met with several other companies but this was definitely the best company in town.

They did an excellent job on my pool, finished before my daughters birthday as promised. My sister and her husband are building with them right now and are very happy as well.

Nationwide Pools was the best pool company I have ever dealt with. I have built 2 other pools with other companies and Nationwide was the most professional and the construction and quality of my pool by far surpassed the others. I recieved everthing that was promised in my contract there were no hidden cost which the other companies nailed me with. I would highly recommend Nationwide Pools to any of my friends.

they will rip you off like they did me and i know of at least 4 others who got screwed by them

they are awfull...they never finished my pool and stole my money

i am a sub contractor and performed work for nationwide pools, they owe my $850, while working for them i also heard many complants from there customers on several different issues, alot on not having the pool done on expected date, i also trained some of their employees and didnt get paid.
