We been using Just Termites since 2007 when we had a problem. The service people have been wonderful, taking care of anything that has arisen. We would not have any other company do our pest control.

They are the worst company ever. We was told they would be there in the morning. That turned into 12-2, the tent did not go up until 6 that evening. We booked a hotel for 2 nights as we was told we could be back in our home between 12 and 2. It is now 3 pm we are still not in our house, the poison sign is still on the door, and nobody knows when they are coming. I have 2 kids that I have to feed and no one cares just how much money I am spending while they drag their feet.

Great job Thank You for riding my home of termites. They've all been very personable, intelligent, smart and knew their business. The education they gave me about drywall termite control was worthwhile. For now, I'm waiting to see if it works. I'm satisfied with them!

Thank-you to Just Termites staff – they have to the difficult job of answering the phones for people like me who don’t know anything about bugs except that I want them gone. The staff answered my many questions calmly and in a way I could understand so they could solve my problems quickly and quietly.

Had to take the time to give a shout out to Just Termites. Getting harder to find a company that believes in old fashioned customer service and takes the time to do the job right the first time.

Don't waste your money!! Paid a good chunk of money for treatment of 3 apartment buildings. They tell you the treatment is good for 7-10 years and that termites would be dead in a couple weeks. Two weeks later termites were still around. People you talk to at the company continually change their story, next they said wait 30 days, then 60-90 days. Really? I'm suppose to have tenants wait around for 90 days while the critters are coming out of the walls by the hundreds every night during the season? Next year same thing happened, more BS stories about how it's a new colony or different kind of termite that they didn't treat for initially. How can that be if treatment should last at least 7 years? When guys come out to retreat, had nothing but attitude. People at the office are rude and condescending because it's obvious they don't have a clue when you ask them questions. Buy a bottle of Termidor SC online and do the job yourself for a fraction of the price.

I would highly recommend Just Termites. When I first called them they was very professional and helpful over the phone. He also has a lot of helpful information on his web site. THey provided a service from the start before I even hired him to do the job. When it was all said and done I decided to have Just Termites do a termite treatment for me. He was punctual and got the job done. He also provides a lot of other services that I would consider having him do for me in the future. Thanks to Just Termites I was "treated" right!"

TERRIBLE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. NEVER SHOWED UP, I GUESS THEY DO NOT NEED THE MONEY. One idiot showed up, wasted our time just to find out he is not authorized to give a bid quote.........

..where to start? Take a deep breath and here goes! The whole situation has progressively gone from bad to worse! They came out and treated the house for ants before tenting for termites. Literally a few days after tenting, the ants were back with a vengeance, all over the house as if nothing had changed! I called, they came out and retreated for ants! Next day or so, the ants were back again, so I called them out again. This time the guy came later than promised so no one was home but never called to communicate that he would be late! Called again as the problem was not fixed as he could only spray the outside of the house. Made another appointment, this time they came early so no-one was home and they left a note on the door to prove they were early! My wife called, literally 10 minutes after the technician had left but no answer! Called the office and got an answering service at approximately 12 o'clock midday!! So I called again but this time it was a no show and no communication to say why? I called the office to hear some receptionist talk to me like she was doing me a favor by answering the phone and was asked to call the guy to find out why he didn't turn up! Scheduled another appointment but I have zero confidence in this company, the customer service, or the technicians! Would definitely not recommend this company to my worst enemy!

Unbelievable price, I did a lot of price checking and they beat everyone. No tent termite service has worked great. Very happy with service!!

I live on 2 acres, I was having a rodent problem. Just termites came out with two technicians and got the job done. Very satisfied with service. I use them now bi-monthly for any possible pest problems.

ECSTATIC WITH SERVICE!!! From office staff to technicians who came to my house, they all were very knowledgeable, and explained every step towards treating my German roach and sugar ant problem. I am signed up for the year.
