Electronics Service Center

My LG fridge ice maker broke and was leaking from under the unit. I called Electronic Service Center to fix it back in November. A nice man came to the house and after a larger than expected bill, he said he fixed it. The following morning the unit was still leaking all over so I called the company back. Another person came to the house and said that we needed another valve that they would have to order. The manager explained that it would take a week to get the part and they would call when it was in. 2 weeks later I called back AGAIN and the person who answers the phone gave me the run around. Another week passed and I finally spoke to the manager and he said it was going to be there "soon". Basically I was begging them to come fix my unit. When they got to my home to fix it they took everything apart and started to try and up sell us.
Long story short they didn't take their time putting everything back together correctly because now I found paint on the other side of the wall bubbling and pulled the unit out and found a slow leak that ate through my dry wall.
I called to speak to the owner when the manager once again was beyond rude. I have learnt NOW that this a direct reflection of the owner. The owner blamed us for the problem and basically told me I was a liar. Small claims court here we come! Save yourself the money and time! RUN to use another company!!
PS they are supposedly LG certified and when I called LG they told us it's not their problem!
