Auto Accidents
Social Security Disability
Reese and Reese attorneys offer representation on Social Security Disability cases. This encompasses both Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI). SSDI is available for any individual who cannot engage in substantial gainful activity because of a physical or mental impairment which is likely to last 12 months or more, or result in death. SSDI is available for those who are fully insured through payroll deduction. If you don’t have a work history and are not insured, SSI is available as long as you meet certain asset levels.
Our firm handles Estate Planning, which involves planning for the distribution of assets at death to ensure the least amount of estate tax, and to insure that property/money is distributed as desired.
