I called them to come out for $100.00 an hour .. the guy showed up (Allan) and poked around on my Apple iMac for almost an hour .. he declared it was not my computer and it was Blue Ridge Mountain Cable's Wifi problem . He spoke with someone on the phone and they fixed a connection out by the road he said .. ?? ( I could not stay connect to Wifi ) ..



Bottom line is that he left, did not perform one thing on my computer of relevance. I thought the fee was $100.00 as told on the phone by the owner, but he made it clear that I was not told about the $20.00 DRIVING FEE ... ?? Whatever, I gave him a $10.00 tip and was happy nothing was wrong with my computer . This advice cost me $130.00 and as soon as he left my Wifi connection went back off ..



I ended up going down the mountain to Computer Pals in Lehighton . For the SAME price, my iMac was wiped clean, all my files were copied back on it. I was told it was bogged down with malware and a minor virus . I took it home, started it up and it's been fast and great since ..



I called Compu Logic to inquire about their lack of knowledge and being wrong and was told by Allan the owner was out of the office and would call me back ... i am glad I didn't hold my breath. SAVE YOUR MONEY. You will be ignored after they take your money. The guy was pretty useless and was the biggest waste of $130.00. Enough said.
