Store Manager is a total JERK. I know respect for the individual is very big in walmart. He

Wal Mart in Pleasanton Tx. is one of the worst managed stores I have ever been in. Was in there yesterday and had to run into the bathroom in front. It was terrible. All soap dispensers were broke and the bags were laying on counter!! The paper towel rack was broke and a roll was just laying on the nasty dispenser. Out of the 4 sinks only one worked!!! What on earth...how healthy and sanitizing is that. What would the health department say??? You would think with customers checking out there own items there would be funds to have bathrooms repaired and in a healthy condition. I do not even want to rate this store a one star. Come on guys take pride in your store and help your employees treat customers positively.

Dear, Rosendo Medina, Manager, We just experienced a tragic encounter with your employee Norma at the customer service desk. We were initially greeted and waited on by Dom (Dominck?) at maybe around 6:15 p.m. and he was great. I first had a return with receipt which went well then I had another return which ended in tragedy. I had purchased some printer ink cartridges from your store and didn't have the receipt. I went up and asked how the return could be handled. Dom scanned the items and said we could exchange and the value was $131.90. We were thrilled and went to electronics' department to get the right cartridges; we had previously purchased 901 and we needed 61. After returning to the desk and having to wait again in line Norma would only take back 2 of the 5 cartridges citing the others were expired. A few minutes ago we had $131.90 per Dom and now only about $31.94 before tax. The deal was already made and then was broken and now to mention we should have definitely been able to return the expired ones since that how you sold them to us. Norma was awful. Dom was great. Sorry it ended like this ;-(

Rude People. I tried returning something and thought I didn't have the receipt. Well the girl at the service desk looked at my item for a long while as if "not sure" it was even from there. She asked like 3 people before giving me a refund on a gift card. Anytime I would say somethin she wouldnt even acknowledge me. A while after realized I did have a receipt, I should've gone to show it to her just for being rude!!

This walmart is not my favorite place to shop but i prefer it to driving to san antonio. some of the employees are rude especially the ones in the deli and bakery. I get lunch meet and cheese cut every week and I'm almost afraid to ask for more then one thing because they will get mad and give a dirty look. I have waited for someone to help me and actually had employees behind the counter ignore me or give me a dirty look and getting help from someone in the bakery is the same situation. Oh and it doesn't matter how many people are in line at the registers 5 or 100 they only open 4 registers or less and 2 or express lines.

The managers are rude and so are the employees. if you need help with something they roll their eyes and sigh. they know that there is practically no where else to shop in town and take advantage of it they have every little to choose from. never get anything new. always moving stuff around.

This Wal-Mart used to have a ton of stuff and good deals. Now it seems like they're trying to be more like the Wal-Marts in San Antonio. They've remodeled the store and moved everything around. It's very confusing and hard to find what you're looking for. It actually seems like they have less items than they used to have. The food section has remained the same, and there's usually a good deal on sodas each week. Wal-Mart is still the best place in town to buy the stuff people need (and sometimes the only place you can find such things), so it's a good store to have around.
