- After graduating from UCLA School of Dentistry, Dr Montgomery was fortunate to join the practice of childhood friend in our hometown of Playa del Rey. Two years later, his friend left dentistry to pursue other interests and he took over full responsibility for the practice. A highly trained and skilled professional, Dr. Montgomery considers Continuing Education an essential ingredient in providing the ideal treatment options and individualized care for his patients. His formal dental training comes from UCLA, with over 1000 hours of additional courses from USC, University of Pacific, and Loma Linda University. Dr. Montgomery is also a member of highly regarded professional associations such as the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Western Society of Periodontology, and the California Dental Association. He received his Master status with the Academy of General Dentistry in 2004.

Provided by Doctor.comOur whole family (two parents and three kids) have been seeing Dr. Montgomery since the oldest kid started going to the dentist. We love the care and skill with which Dr. Montgomery and the staff take care of our teeth. We have never had a problem post-treatment, which unfortunately we could not say about prior dentists. Dr. Montgomery always responds quickly when we have a question outside of appointments. The staff has been together for years, and they work together well. Highly recommend!
