Ups Customer Center

Very disappointed, and frustrated! There seems to be no way to contact a human being in customer service. I had 3 packages left last week on a side porch which never gets used. My landlord found them a week after they were left in the snow, then today, a neighbor found another one in a ditch across the road! Horrible service! When I call the number listed, I get a recording with only 4 options, none of which involved leaving a complaint, and no way to talk to anyone!

Driver delivering to 1270 Haselton Road, Wilmington, NY is driving through the neighbors yard when he leaves at 1268 Haselton. Try to call Plattsburgh to stop it and you end up with someone from who knows where and tells you you can't call direct, someone will get back to you. I can't imagine someone being that stupid to think that was OK. Not one but 2 drivers are doing it. Randy Preston, Wilmington, N.Y.

Not very happy when I came home from work today. My husband had 4 tires delivered to our house and to my surprise, the delivery man decided to place them directly in front of the stairs to get inside my house. I had no way in. I could have cut the tires apart and moved them myself (in my work suit and heels), but obviously forgot to carry scissors on me that day. There was no way to get them apart from one another. Bravo big burly delivery dude...you just made my day.

Tracking says package delivered, but it was not. My mother is 86 years old and cannot run around looking for the package. Why can't delivery people deliver packages to the front door and ring the doorbell?

What are your local numbers, I live in Plattsburgh NY on Tremblay Ave and I know that you have seasonal help and they aren't used to the neighborhood. The delivery person has again today delivered a package ..they not only walked thru deep snow to get to my deck (there is a door on the driveway) they put the boxes (two separate times in a snow bank) I don't see this spot when I pull in the driveway. The first box sat thru the big snowstorm next week and was soaking wet. These are gifts for Christmas. PLEASE HELP I called but it is not local. they just said they were sorry, Is there a local number?? Thank you

Great service for many years when Mike Prenovau was our driver. Since then crazy stuff like leaving packages outside door in this rainy weather instead of inside front porch door. UPS is terrible. EVERY time I miss a package, due to my work hours, I am told that the shipping company requested that it not be held for pickup or delivery method changed for any reason. This is not true. I have this problem with every company that sends products through UPS. Leaving notes etc for delivery does not work. If you are ordering something I would suggest that you request someone other than UPS to deliver. I know in the future I will.

First poster is a dumbass if you sign the door slip they will leave it the next day

I had an important package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Package requires a signature. I left notes on all doors asking driver to have another person sign for the package because NORMAL PEOPLE work between the hours of 2 and 4 when they deliver to my area. UPS refuses to leave package so I am forced to return to sender and loose over $1300 in profit from job I lost due to not getting package on time. They also refused to let me pick up package at local UPS!!!!!
