In this case of dentistry. This practice is unprofessional, uncouth and not patient friendly.
Rude and disrespectful mannerisms and crass conversations.
it came to my attention as I took my dental needs elsewhere that dr prondecki's and his receptionist/assistant are known for these atrocious behaviors.
A disgrace to the dental profession.

This office is extremely unprofessional to say the least! While getting fillings done, the staff repeatedly talked about former staff members and other patients in a negative manner. The receptionist does not know what she is doing. I was told a certain time for my appointment over the phone, showed up at that time and was told I was 30 minutes late! Then, when I was finally able to get back in a month later I had to call and confirm my appointment time (no reminder call), only to be told a different time than I was originally quoted. Not to mention getting slack in the dentist's chair for "missing my previous appointment," even though I did show up at the right time. They do not know how to properly handle insurance claims and overcharge the patient. Claims should be filed before work is done to verify coverage, this is common practice at any dentist/doctor office!

The doctor did not give me enough novacaine on more than one occasion. The last procedure he did he was extremely rough and left me with serious jaw pain afterwards. Not to mention the fact that the blanket from the tooth guard kept going over my nasal passage, thus no allowing me to breath until I reached up and moved it myself. No regard for patient's comfort at all! I will not be returning to this practice!
