At Family Focused Care, our top priority is keeping you and your family in the best health possible. From coughs and colds to routine checkups, we have you covered. We treat the entire family, starting at age 13. If you are feeling sick, you can call and make an appointment for a sick visit, and we will do our best to get you feeling back to normal as soon as possible. After you have been established as a patient, you can come in for routine checkups to keep track of medications, chronic illnesses, or just ensure you stay in the best health. If you have specific acute concerns, our staff would be happy to help.

Mental Health
3FTL is a 501c3 non-profit organization located in Prosper, Texas, with a focus on mental health management and support systems for first responders who have various types of mental illness, specifically anxiety, depression, or PTSD. We exist to walk the path of accountability and treatment coordination with all First Responders, including fire, police, emergency medical technicians (EMTs), and others, who need help with anxiety, depression, suicide, PTSD, and addiction. We help develop positive mental health by incorporating programs with culturally competent counselors (understand the challenges and experiences), nurse practitioners, peer support, resiliency, and education in a customized treatment plan. It is our goal after completion of our program that First Responders, and others, will experience total healing from the debilitating traumatic effects caused by protecting and serving their communities. Our providers can discuss female-specific concerns with you, as well as perform a routine checkup similar to that of an annual physical if needed. However, unfortunately, we do not perform preventative well-woman exams. We also offer sports physicals, sick visits, and annual checkups for children over the age of 13. We take care of the whole family all in one place, making health care simple and convenient.
