I personally find that Jose as well as his associates take calculated precautions to make sure that my vehicle is in the condition I want it in. They have been in the business for some time and have the aptitude to sell or repair for the right price. In all of my encounters with my car and any issues, as we bought the car from the automotive shop, that it seems that they care about the customer and saved us more money that can be used for more important matters.

I as a customer am ashamed I trusted my vehicle with this auto repair shop. They do not stand by their word at all. I had a new engine put in my car and 2 days later it gulfed into flames right before my eyes with my two yrs old child in the backseat. Here I sit momths later with no vehicle and they blame me for the engine catching fire. Due to this I can't put my child in head start nor go back to work. My family is having to sacrifice many unnecessary things due to this machine shop not trying to make things right. Im very unsatisfied and may try to take them to court. It could have been my life and my babies life that was lost here cause of their mistake."
