UTP Tires

This will be the fourth time I have gone back to them for the same tire. It lost air the first day after having it installed. This one has cut marks on the sidewall. You couldn't see them with the tire fully inflated, but when it was flat, they were clearly visible. I am going back this morning to get yet "another" tire to replace it. This place is not worth the money savings. You'll give it back in your personal time.

UTP is terrible. I recently went to UTP for 4 new tires. Not 15 miles after I left UTP, I got a flat tire. I called them, they tell me to come back and they will look at it and replace/repair it, so I end up taking an entire day off of work to get tires from UTP. When I went back, I asked to see the tires that they took off my car and compare to the ones they put on my car. The "new" used tires from UTP were in WORSE CONDITION than the tires that I had on my car before. I told them I wanted a refund for 2/4 tires and I wanted my old tires back, and I was on my way.

Not a week later I am leaving work and I have ANOTHER flat tire (again, different rim than the first two times) and I notice that one of my back tires has a slow leak. I call UTP again and the guy on the phone said that they close at 6pm but open at 8am, so I said I would be in first thing the next morning. On the following morning I arrive at UTP at 7:50am and wait until 8:45am, but NO ONE was at the shop, even though I spoke to someone the night before who told me I could come in at 8am. I can’t wait any longer so I leave UTP and go down the street and get 4 brand new tires and an alignment. At this point I want a full refund from UTP, so I go back to UTP at the end of the day with all 4 of my old tires and ask for a refund. The woman from before is not there and the two guys tell me that they cannot issue a refund but they can take my info and I can speak with the woman in the morning. When I call back the next morning and ask to speak with the woman, the guy on the phone tells me she is not in. He says he did follow up with the store manager, however, who said UTP will not refund me for those tires because I went somewhere else to have them removed before UTP could look at them. I told the man on the phone that I tried to come back to UTP and have them inspect my second flat tire but the store did not open ay 8am like it was supposed to. I am still in the process of trying to get a full refund.
