I called them on a friday to snake a drain for me. They came by to snake it, they stayed for 2 minutes, told me the drain was fixed. The next day I had the same problem. I called a different plumber, and found out that they had only pushed a clog farther down the sewer line. I had to pay the second plumber to correct the problem they couldnt and they still sent me a bill for over $100 dollars. I tried to tell them I didn't feel I owed the bill as the problem hadn't been fixed. Eventually they quit answering my phone calls and send me a certified letter saying they planned to take me to court over the bill. I simply paid the bill as I did not wish to drag the issue on for another year or two.
