        Totally disappointed. Did not ...

        Totally disappointed. Did not show up on time as planned, was 1 1/2 hour late, did not place a courtesy call to inform running behind, did not have a contract, forgot a dolly to remove tree parts, forgot the paint/tar to treat the tree and has not come back to complete treatment of the tree. I feel ripped off.
