        I purchased a beautiful silver bracelet from Heart of the Earth for my wife last Christmas. Unfortunately the bracelet was lost. My wife was absolutely heartbroken. I contacted Grace by phone and asked her to please locate another one for us. I had the receipt and the day/time of the purchase. Grace initially agreed to help but she stopped taking my calls and replying to my emails. I was very gracious with the hope that Grace would come through for us as we had no other resource to locate this item. Graces refusal to help us demonstrates what a disgusting and despicable woman she is. We had purchased several items from the store but when we were desperate for her help she blatantly ignored us. I would urge you not to patronize this business and I will continue to share my story with many potential customers as possible.
