You call for service and they do not come. One forty pount bottle is not good enough to come for delivery. They can't fill bottles at their Pinehurst site. You ask yourself if this company is only interested in large customers but not on everybody else. It's okay I found someone that pleased to take my money and gave me the service rendered,

Buyer beware: Since this company has switched from Huges to Amerigas, service went way down. They ran us out of gas twice in the middle of winter.... with a new born baby! You have to call and hound them and hound them to get your gas, give them ample time to deliver gas, and then they still don't come when they say they will. On top of all of that... they were charging all of their customers the wrong amount for over a year. You think a company who has loyal customers who have stuck around would pocket the bill.... nope - they passed on a year's worth of bills to us to pay. Mine was over 1k.
