This was my second visit to buy another Stanley Ford F150. It was a very rewarding experience just like the first time. Richard Long, my salesperson, couldn't have been more professional. He took a definite interest in my needs and was extremely personable with me. I felt like I was doing business with a friend who cared. The other members of the Stanley Ford team I came into contact with were also very courteous and genuinely interested in assisting me getting the truck I wanted. Before, I genuinely hated looking for and buying a new or used truck, but Stanly Ford showed me it doesn't have to be a bad experience. I will definitely refer all friends and family to Stanley Ford and will return next time I am ready for another vehicle.

I ordered my Epedition from the Sales Manager, Good price. Some things were not as expected. I hate the TV's and I complained about them while under warranty and they did not know where they were ordered. Here I thought that I had factory TV's. Then they told me they had been broken and they would not replace them. I wanted a sunroof and did not get it. This is my 5th expedition and I love it. I never take my vehicle in for warranty work and the time I do it with under 30,000 miles. They will not fix my TV in the head rest. We have 3 Fords between my husband and I. We usually purchase a new one every 3 to 4 years. I am very upset that Stanley could care less about making us happy.
