Ernesto's Mexican Restaurant

I have been there more than a few times,(usually weekly for the last couple of years) generally the food and service is phenomenal. My last visit however was the worst experience I have ever had anywhere!! Not only was the service worse than bad, our food was lukewarm at best, and one plate even had a hair on it. When we complained to our server,she giggled and said "no way"....when we did not return her 'giggles', she quickly turned away and disappeared. A day or so later I called to complain to a manager, and his only response was "Well, nobody told me about this incident, that is what they (I assume he means his staff) are suppose to do..." He then put me on hold to look for our ticket, when he could not locate the ticket, he stated that this was the second time this week that this issue had occurred and he was not informed, and that sometimes when there is a problem, the tickets disappear or get thrown in the trash by mistake. The sad thing is he didn't bother to apologize either. I am most definitely in the market for a new mexican restaurant.

This is the best Mexican restaurant I have ever been to. It is outstanding.
